Schiekiera selected as CCIW Bowler of the Week

NAPERVILLE, Ill. – Brenna Schiekiera of Marian University women’s bowling has been named the CCIW Bowler of the Week.

Schiekiera (Waukesha, Wis.) helped lead Marian to a perfect 7-0 record at the first CCIW Event of the season. She would record scores over 200 in three of four game finishing first on the weekend with a 232.0 average. Her fourth and final game saw her bowl the first 300 in Marian bowling and CCIW history. Schiekiera was the only bowler in the field with multiple game with more than 220 pins.
