MILWAUKEE – Marian University men’s tennis received 44 points to finish the NACC preseason poll in eighth place, as voted on by the sports information directors and head coaches of the league.
Illinois Tech posted 150 points on the strength of 13 first-place votes, while Concordia Wisconsin finished second with 147 points and four first-place votes. Milwaukee School of Engineering placed third with 110 points and the final first-place vote, just four markers ahead of NACC newcomer St. Norbert College (106).
Wisconsin Lutheran College (93) is fifth, followed by Edgewood College (72), Lakeland University (51), Marian University (44), and Concordia University Chicago (37).

Marian opens the season at Illinois Tech Saturday, March 26 for a 4:30 p.m. start.
