Paul EggersMarian University has named Paul M. Eggers as the Vice President for Enrollment Management, effective March 9, 2020.

Eggers brings extensive experience in higher education enrollment management, having served in a variety of leadership roles. He previously served in various positions at Wisconsin Lutheran College, including Lead Enrollment Advisor, Senior Admissions Counselor and Admissions Counselor, and additionally spent time as a New Student Specialist at Gateway Technical College in Elkhorn, Wis.

“Paul’s background in higher education will help Marian University as we continue to position ourselves for future growth,” said President Andrew Manion. “The skills and knowledge he brings to this position will positively and directly influence undergraduate and graduate student enrollment, and we look forward to incorporating his ideas into our growth plan. It is especially gratifying to welcome one of our own alumni back to Marian.”

Eggers comes to Marian University after four years at Orbis Education, where he was the Founding Site Director for the Xavier University ABSN Program.

He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College and his master of science in organizational leadership and quality from Marian University.

“I look forward to working at an institution where I’ve seen firsthand how students can thrive,” Eggers said. “Not many people have the chance to return to their alma mater and help it grow, so I’m humbled by this opportunity.”
