MILWAUKEE – Senior David Britton of Marian University men’s basketball has been named the NACC Player of the Week, as announced by the conference Tuesday.

Britton made 10 three-pointers and shot 71.4-percent from beyond the arc in the victory. He was also able to grab four rebounds and record seven assists.  It was only the second time since the 2014-15 season that the Sabres surpassed the century mark in a game that didn’t go to overtime.  Through four games, Britton is averaging 18.5 points per game and has made 17 three-pointers.  He also leads the team with 15 assists and ranks 12th in the NACC for the category.
