Marian University NCAA men’s hockey (7-10-2, 2-6-4-0 NCHA) capped off a five-point weekend against No. 9 St. Norbert with a 1-0 win.

  • It was a defensive battle all night long as neither team had many quality opportunities to score.

  • Marian outshot the Green Knights in the final two periods and finished with a 30-28 advantage.
  • Neither team scored a power-play goal with St. Norbert having five chances and Marian two.
  • SNC held the edge in faceoffs with 40 wins to only 24 for Marian.
