MILWAUKEE – Senior Carly Paulson of Marian University women’s tennis has been named all-conference for singles by the NACC.
Paulson (Fond du Lac, Wis.) played at the top flight for the Sabres all season going 6-3 on the year with a 5-3 NACC mark. After dropping her first two matches of the season, Paulson was able to finish the season 6-1 with four of her victories only taking two sets. Her most impressive victory came at Alverno where she only dropped one game earning a 6-1, 6-0 victory. She also had a 6-0, 6-4 victory against MSOE in the match prior. Paulson currently sits in 20th for all-time wins with 42 heading into the spring season. This is the first all-conference award for Paulson.
