STEP 1
Reserve Your Place at Marian!
Sign up here to let us know you are ready to enroll. Then, we’ll get things moving by sharing your information with the Office of Student Success who will contact you later and provide instructions for scheduling a meeting with your academic advisor. Please contact us if you’re having trouble, or not sure which option to select.

Submit Your Housing Contract
Get your first choice for on-campus housing when you turn in your contract early!

STEP 3
Register for Classes
When the registration period opens, you will receive an email from the Office of Student Success – it will include a link for choosing the date and time you will meet with your academic advisor. During the meeting, your academic advisor will help you create a class schedule based on your interests, provide your official Marian email and password, and provide an overview of the New Student Guide (click the button below to view the most recent version available).
- Spring 2023: Registration opens November 1, 2022 (First day of class is January 16, 2023)
- Fall 2023: Registration opens April 1, 2023 (First day of class is August 28, 2023)

Sign into Your Marian Accounts
Make sure you have access to your accounts by using the Marian username and password given to you by your academic advisor.

Want Help Paying for College?
- Complete the FAFSA using Marian University-WI federal school code 003861 to be considered for the most financial assistance available.
- Login to MyFinancialAid to find out what is still needed, or to view and accept your offer.
- Did you check if you qualify for any Additional Awards?
Note: International Students are not able to file a FAFSA.

STEP 7
Submit Forms
All new students have forms to complete no matter if you’re living on campus, off campus, need a parking permit, or plan to participate in a Marian varsity sport. Most forms can be completed online right away. However, some forms will require you to log in with your official Marian email and password – which you will receive during your meeting with your academic advisor.
STEP 8
Make Your Credits Count!
Did you know that you may be able to earn TRANSFER CREDITS if you took any college level courses or exams during high school?
- If you took any College Board AP, CLEP, or IB exams and didn’t choose to send your scores to Marian prior to the exam, you will need to log into their website to request your official score reports be sent to Marian.
- If you participated in Dual Enrollment, ECCP, CAPP, you will need to contact the college that granted the credit and request official transcripts be sent to Marian, even if grades appear on your high school transcript.
STEP 9
Submit Your Final Transcripts
Submit your final transcripts by the end of your first semester at Marian to avoid having your account being placed on hold.
- If you are a First-Year Freshman at Marian:
After you graduate high school, contact your high school to request they send your FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT directly to Marian University-WI. The transcript must include your graduation date and all final grades.
- If you are Transferring to Marian from another college:
Contact every college you have attended to request they send your FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT directly to Marian University-WI. The transcript must include all final grades.

- View the Academic Calendar for important dates, such as Orientation or the First Day of Class.
- If you’re in need of insurance and interested in information regarding affordable Student Health Insurance, please visit the WAICU website and select Marian University.
