Sign Up for New Student Registration

Your New Student Registration event will consist of registering for classes, receiving your Marian account information, and gaining a better understanding of the many resources available to you. Submit Housing Contract

Get your first choice for on-campus housing when you turn in your contract and deposit early! Click the button below to fill out your housing contract, then skip to Step 6 to pay your housing deposit.

STEP 5 

Submit Forms

All new students have forms to complete no matter if you’re living on campus, off campus, need a parking permit, or plan to participate in a Marian varsity sport. You will be required to enter your Marian email and password to access these forms on MyMarian. Check your personal email within 1-2 weeks of signing up for New Student Registration – that’s where we will send your Marian login information.

Pay Deposit(s)

  • $100 Tuition Deposit
  • $110 Housing Deposit – only if living on campus

Pay online by clicking the button above, or mail a check payable to Marian University. Be sure to write Student Name (Deposit) on the memo line. You may write one check for both deposits.

STEP 7

Make your Credits Count!

If you attended another college, university, or technical institute, you will need to contact them to request an official transcript is sent to Marian. Did you know that you may be able to earn TRANSFER CREDITS if you took any college level courses or exams during high school?

  • If you took any College Board AP, CLEP, or IB exams and didn’t choose to send your scores to Marian prior to the exam, you will need to log into their website to request your transcripts be sent to Marian.
  • If you participated in Dual Enrollment, ECCP, CAPP, you will need to contact the college that granted the credit and request official transcripts be sent to Marian, even if grades appear on your high school transcript.

STEP 8

Submit Final Transcripts

Submit your final transcripts by the end of your first semester at Marian to avoid having your account being placed on hold.

  • Freshman Student:
    After you graduate high school, contact your high school to request they send your FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT directly to Marian University-WI. The transcript must include your graduation date and all final grades.
  • Transfer Student: 
    Contact every college you have attended to request they send your FINAL OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT directly to Marian University-WI. The transcript must include all final grades.

  • Each student who signs up for New Student Registration (see Step 1) will receive a printed copy of our New Student Guide which covers most of what there is to know about being a student at Marian. Click on the button above to view the most recent version available.
  • View the Academic Calendar for important dates, such as Orientation or the First Day of Class.
  • If you’re in need of insurance and interested in information regarding affordable Student Health Insurance, please visit the WAICU website and select Marian University.
