Admitted Students
Welcome Freshmen and Transfer Students!
Congratulations! You received an acceptance letter from Marian University-Wisconsin.
So, what’s next?

Reserve Your Spot at Marian
Once you’ve decided that Marian is the right fit for you, follow these links to let us know which semester you plan to enroll at Marian. (You’ll need to use the same username/email and password that you used for your online application, whether you applied through our website or the CommonApp)
Now that you’ve reserved your spot, join us at an Admit Day.
Admit Day is unlike any campus visit of the year! You will choose from a menu of options, including a one-on-one financial aid meeting, lunch in the cafeteria, an academic program Q&A, register for fall classes, and more. Your visit to campus is personally tailored to you.

Activate Your Marian Accounts
Now that you’ve reserved your seat, watch for an email from us entitled Student Account Info – Marian University. This contains your official Marian Username and Temporary Password to be able to log into all your accounts. Keep in mind Marian uses Outlook not Gmail.

Submit Your New Student Forms and Secure Housing
Every student needs to complete forms prior to the start of your semester. But don’t worry, we make paperwork fun; each section you complete you get a badge, each badge you get gives you a prize! Go to our MO2 course to sign in and start your forms.
MO2 Access Code for Spring Semester: Spring2025
MO2 Access Code for Fall Semester: Fall2025

Submit Your FAFSA
Complete the free application for Federal Student Aid at https://studentaid.gov/ to be considered for the most financial assistance. Use Marian’s school code 003861. The FAFSA application will become available December 2024. If you do not plan to apply for FAFSA, please let your admission counselor know. Once you receive a financial aid offer, you will need to log into MyFinancialAid to accept your aid (this is a separate login than your Marian accounts above).
