The Women in Construction (WIC) program brings together students from across the state with industry leaders and experienced professionals for engaging conversations, panel discussions, and real-world insights into construction management, engineering, design, and skilled trades.

Together, we celebrate achievements, spark curiosity, and open doors to possibilities. WIC builds confidence, expands perspectives, and encourages the next generation of leaders to dream big and shape the future of construction.

This event is open to high school and college students. Pre-registration is required.
