The Sabre Café, nestled in the heart of Marian University in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, reopened in August 2024 as a lively and inviting hub for students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding community. Open Monday through Friday, the café offers full food and beverage service from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

With a thoughtfully curated menu, Sabre Café serves an array of specialty drinks—including the signature Sabretooth latte, chai lattes, teas, frappes, smoothies, and matcha creations. For those on the go, the café features a selection of fresh wraps, salads, paninis, acai bowls, and yogurt parfaits—perfect for a quick, nutritious meal.
