Jason Bartelt has served as head coach of the Marian baseball program for more than 13 years, and has posted a career record of 226–247-1 in his first 12 seasons. Bartelt has been a part of four, twenty-win seasons in his tenure. He oversees all aspects of the baseball program and continues to extend the deep tradition of Marian University baseball.
Prior to Marian, Bartelt worked at Lakeland College, where he served as hitting/infield instructor for four seasons with the Muskies, the last two as a full-time assistant coach. Bartelt started his coaching career under former Muskie Head Coach John Weber after completing his playing career at Lakeland. The two-time All-LMC shortstop wrapped up his collegiate career in the top five of almost every category in the Muskies record book.
Bartelt graduated from Lakeland College with a degree in Exercise Science and Secondary Education with an emphasis in Biology.
He and his wife, Ann, and sons, Casey and Carter, currently reside in Fond du Lac.
