Wristband Policy

Marian University maintains a wristband policy for its outdoor commencement ceremony. Guests will require a wristband to enter the stadium, which opens one hour before the ceremony. Wristbands will be provided in the graduate’s graduation packet. Guests requiring handicapped seating will receive a different color wristband in addition to a ticket for the handicapped area in the stadium. Guests without wristbands are invited to bring lawn chairs and sit around the perimeter of the baseball field. For those who prefer a temperature-controlled environment, guests without wristbands can watch a live stream of the ceremony in the Dr. Richard and Leslie Ridenour Science Center. The live ceremony can also be viewed online via a link that will appear on the Marian webpage, www.marianuniversity.edu, on commencement day.
