Marian University will be hosting a Testifying in Court workshop on May 15-16 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.  at the Center for Health Professions.

The event will feature several presenters that will assist participants in how to effectively provide in-court testimony and serving as an expert witness. This workshop is open to 25 participants, and will include hands-on opportunity to practice testifying.

Presenters include: Judge Dale English, Branch I, Circuit Court of Fond du Lac County; Daniel Kaminsky, former District Attorney of Fond du Lac; Devra Ayala, assistant attorney general with the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office at the Department of Justice; and Michelle Majewski, PsyD, professor of Psychology at Marian University.
