Marian University will host a workshop titled Communicating During a Crisis, Wednesday, April 25 from 7:30 – 9am at the Appleton Center located at 720 West Association Drive, Appleton, Wisconsin. Tickets are $30 and should be purchased in advance.
Companies and nonprofit organizations deal with problems every day. Sometimes an incident emerges that severely disrupts operations and has the potential for a severe, long-term impact, financial or otherwise. Organizations can suddenly find themselves in the middle of a crisis. Learn the fundamentals of what to say during a crisis, how to craft the message, and when to say it. Through case studies and participation in a simulation, participants will have an opportunity to learn how to communicate during a crisis.
