FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Marian University’s Social Justice Committee will be hosting the “United Hearts for Health: Fond du Lac’s Link to Rosita, Nicaragua” presentation on Wednesday, February 19 from 12:20 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. in the Administration Building, room 100.
Marcie Janz and Mary Cappellari will discuss United Hearts for Health, a program started by Holy Family Parish in Fond du Lac in 2001 to improve the community health of Rosita, Nicaragua. Janz and Cappellari, co-leaders of the program, will highlight their recent trip, which included travelling to Rosita with twelve health professionals this past January.
