Marian University to host Testifying in Court workshop, May 15-16

Marian University will be hosting a Testifying in Court workshop on May 15-16 from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Center for Health Professions in downtown Fond du Lac.

The event will feature several presenters who will assist participants in how to effectively provide in-court testimony and serve as an expert witness.

Presenters include: Judge Dale English, Branch I, Circuit Court of Fond du Lac County; Daniel Kaminsky, former District Attorney of Fond du Lac; Devra Ayala, assistant attorney general with the Wisconsin Attorney General’s Office at the Department of Justice; and Michelle Majewski, PsyD, professor of Psychology at Marian University.

This workshop is open to 25 participants, and will include hands-on opportunities to practice testifying. Cost of the two-day program is $260, and includes a continental breakfast, lunch and afternoon refreshments.
