Marian University Aligns Strategic Priorities Focused on Enhancing Student’s Experience

May 20, 2019

Marian University’s focus on strategies that will have a direct and positive impact on a student’s experience has led to an opportunity for retirement-eligible faculty and staff members to participate in a voluntary retirement program.

Thirty faculty and staff members at Marian University have been offered Voluntary Separation Incentive. The Voluntary Separation Incentive Program (VSIP) is a proactive approach taken by Marian and part of its continuing efforts to align budget with strategic priorities for future growth, such as creation of new programs to prepare students for the demands of tomorrow’s job market.

New majors launching this fall include Bachelor of Science in Data Science and Bachelor of Science in Social Justice; new graduate programs include a Master of Science in Management, Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology, and a new Ph.D. in Leadership Studies is in development.
