First Students Begin Online Master’s Degrees in Management or Industrial Organizational Psychology

Marian University has announced it will offer two new online master’s degrees this fall with the addition of the Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology (IO Psychology) and Master of Science in Management.

Learn to Lead with Convenient and Affordable Degrees

The MS in IO Psychology degree prepares graduates to help companies in the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, and marketing and communications industries improve employee satisfaction, health, performance, and productivity. The curriculum emphasizes relevant social and global perspectives that reflect the most recent ethical and legal standards and guidelines.

The MS in Management program prepares graduates to take on leadership roles and help manage businesses, non-profits, or government entities. Students learn how to successfully manage organizational resources and the program is perfect for those wanting to increase their responsibilities and value as an employee. Learners engage in work-related activities designed to broaden their approach.

MPath Flexible Program

With the MPath Flexible Program format, students may start either degree 12 times per year and choose new courses every 4 weeks.  The MPath online platform was created for adult learners who want a personalized, flexible education based on the core values students have come to expect from Marian.  A custom degree completion plan is established at a student-set pace, with a degree able to be earned in 16 months.
