FOND DU LAC, Wis. – Marian University recently signed a partnership agreement with the National Alliance for Grieving Children (NAGC), a partnership aimed to offer students additional educational and service opportunities.
“The NAGC is the leading professional network for practitioners in child, teen and family bereavement,” said Dr. Janet McCord, associate professor of Thanatology at Marian. “This is a first-of-its-kind partnership between Marian University and NAGC, providing NAGC members the opportunity to access high quality graduate level education in death, dying and bereavement at a significant discount.”
This agreement supports an environment where both Marian University and the National Alliance for Grieving Children will work collaboratively to support the educational needs of students interested in Marian’s Master of Science in Thanatology and Graduate Certificate in Thanatology program. The partnership offers a tuition discount to NAGC members.
Marian University’s Master of Science in Thanatology and Graduate Certificate in Thanatology are offered in a 100% online format, allowing working professionals the opportunity to earn a degree in a way that meets their needs.
