Lewington earns spot on D3Hockey.com Team of the Week

lewJunior defenseman Curtis Lewington earned a spot on the D3Hockey.com for his performance in the finale of the CUW sweep.

Lewington posted a multi-goal game to lead Marian to a 3-1 win in the finale of a weekend series with CUW. Lewington opened the scoring for the game and later tallied a power play goal, which provided the Sabres enough cushion for the win.  The defenseman now has nine points on the season with five goals and four assists.

 Marian opens another pivotal NCHA home-and-home series this weekend hosting Lake Forest Friday, Jan. 20 for a 7 p.m. puck drop.
