Vorva (Kalamazoo, Mich.) allowed just one goal on the weekend to lead Marian to a sweep of then-ranked No. 15 St. Norbert.  In the opener, Vorva stopped all 33 shots he faced for his eighth shutout at Marian tying an all-time record.  He followed that up stopping another 33 shots allowing just one 4-on-4 goal in the finale.  Vorva also helped lead the penalty kill unit to a perfect weekend holding the Green Knights scoreless on 15 power-play opportunities.  His totals for the weekend include a 0.48 goals-against average, 66 saves, and .985 save percentage.

Blanck (Fond du Lac, Wis.) had a hand in half of the Sabre goals as part of the sweep of then-ranked No. 15 St. Norbert.  Blanck opened the weekend with his second multi-point game of the year scoring the game-winner 3:53 into the game.  He then scored the game-winner in overtime of the finale with his power-play tally coming with just 28 seconds remaining.
