Student Elorm AgbenyaBad things come in threes? Not if you’re sophomore Elorm Agbenya, who speaks three languages, works three jobs and is the youngest of three members of her family enrolled at Marian. Double majoring in industrial organizational psychology and social work, she draws inspiration from her older sisters Eyram and Edem and uses that motivation to achieve her goals. She has her sights set on earning a masters and doctorate from her majors and ultimately wants to use them to climb the corporate ladder, living by her motto “Always be ready to cross paths with someone wanting to stand in your way, but remember to focus on doing better, succeeding in life, and being happy.” And for her, happiness comes in the form of having an active social life and curling up with a good book. Watch out world, because nothing will deter Elorm from being happy and achieving her dreams, and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way.
