Blair Lewis is a second-year student double majoring in nursing and psychology at Marian University. As an active student at Marian, Blair is a Resident Assistant on campus, a student-worker for the Naber Hall front desk, and a member of the Marian University Student Nurses Association (MUSNA).

“My mom and I were looking at private schools on some website and Marian popped up. I took one tour and fell in love. It felt like a home away from home. I still love it here. I like living on campus because everything is accessible. I feel like it’s important to live on campus! That’s where you build you biggest bonds and friendships; when you’re immersed in everything. I do enjoy the small campus. I know so many people and it’s just a big family here. When I was packing some of my stuff up to go home over the summer with my mom, I said, “I’m not ready to go back home”.

I’m from Green Bay, WI. I have three older brothers which means I didn’t have a choice in the matter, but I’m a packer fan. I work for the Packers back home in the pro shop. I love Green Bay and the atmosphere. I’m an outgoing person. A lot of my friends would tell other people that I’m crazy. I’m always ready for an adventure, and I love mashed potatoes.

After college, I want to be a Maternity Nurse and I’d like to stay in Green Bay. There aren’t any nurses in my family. Nursing just appealed to me. I have a strong stomach and I liked watching Grey’s Anatomy, which is such a basic response, but I did a summer camp through Belin and I just kind of fell in love with it.”
