Julia Aube is a senior psychology major.

“I’m from Schaumburg, Illinois. I like to spend my free time with my family. I have a lot of nieces and nephews and I like to hang out with them. I love to play volleyball. I will be graduating in May and I’m super excited! I’m planning to go to graduate school to study occupational therapy. I’m going to miss Marian.

I really like the environment at Marian. Here you can really get to know your professors. A huge reason why I came to Marian was the traditional, face-to-face atmosphere. I went to a small high school and wanted to same thing for my undergraduate experience. The people here are really nice.

I am part of the Pre-Health Professional club. I work in the Admissions office where I give tours and am part of the Sabre Call Team. I studied abroad last year in the spring semester. I went to Australia…and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

My advice to someone thinking about coming to Marian is get involved. Attend whatever is happening on campus. MAC (Marian’s Activities Committee) has great things going on, as well as athletics. It is easy to make friends at Marian.”
