12.27.2018 – Faces of Marian: Megan Fosco
Megan Fosco is a junior from Round Lake Beach, Illinois majoring in expressive and therapeutic arts and minoring in cultural media and gender studies. Her interests include art, playing video games, and going to the movies and game nights with her family. Her favorite tradition is having a holiday party with her family in January in which they celebrate Christmas, Chanukah, and January birthdays.
Megan is involved in Greek Life as a member of Alpha Xi Delta, Art club, Side B, and Women’s Chorale. She chose Marian because she felt welcomed and accepted for who she is. Her advice to students is “Going away to school can be tough, especially if you might be going through some personal challenges of your own. There is always someone to talk to on campus, whether it be a classmate, professor, advisor, or the counselor, someone is always available, and they will listen! Also, getting involved on campus is a great way to connect with others and find the support you may need!”
