1.30.2019 – Faces of Marian: Claire Schultz
Claire Schultz is a senior from Columbus, Wisconsin, and she is majoring in graphic design. Her passion is art, and she particularly enjoys drawing and painting. On-campus, she is the Art Club Treasurer, a graphic designer for Fair Trade, and a graphic design intern. She turns to art for relaxation and takes pride in having something of her own creation. In addition to her artistic talents, she is dabbling in languages by teaching herself to speak Romanian.
She chose Marian because of the flexible transfer process. She transferred to Marian her junior year and says that Marian easily accepted her credits. Her advice to students is “Don’t overwork yourself, and don’t be afraid to ask your professors for help. If you take online classes, you should remain dedicated to them and keep up with your assignments. Make lists and do not allow yourself to fall behind.”
