1.16.2019 – Faces of Marian: Danielle Veeser
Danielle Veeser is a biology major and chemistry minor from Hortonville, WI. She hopes to attend grad school after Marian to become a family practice physician. She was a member of 4-H for 13 years and is currently a country project leader for Outagamie County 4-H. Being an avid dancer, she takes classes in ballet, lyrical, and point at Wempner’s School of Dance in Fond du Lac. In her free time, she also enjoys cooking, sewing, and playing ukulele with her roommate. She is also an avid basket-maker and has even won awards at the Wisconsin State Fair.
On-campus, Danielle is the president of Outdoor Adventure Club, vice president of Campus Ministry, and a member of the Pre-Health Professionals Club. She enjoys playing clarinet in the Wind Ensemble and has embraced her new role as a student mentor this year. Her advice to students is “Be a part of something that will leave a lasting impression on other people around you. Remember the lasting impacts that you have on those near you; make them positive impacts.”
