2018 resolutions listAs everyone knows, January 1st has become known as the beginning of the season for New Year’s Resolutions. Although I think that working and improving yourself is fantastic, why does it have to always start in January?! Setting goals for yourself to achieve can be something we do all year long! Whether it is encouraging yourself to get in shape, adopting a more positive attitude, or finally completing something you have been putting off, I challenge you to continue improving yourself throughout the year.
