A 2012 graduate with a double major in chemistry and biology, Kris took advantage of the small school atmosphere at Marian to become a leader in student government.  After graduating, Kris became involved in environmental work with sea lions, non-native fish research and management in Yellowstone National Park, and fisheries work with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in the Bering Sea.  He is currently pursuing and Master’s degree at the University of Houston – Clear Lake.
