Provides a framework of concepts to formulate and develop a strategic mindset for decision-making in a complex and unpredictable environment. Development of an in-depth understanding of input factors that influence strategy and the decision-making process. Explores various methods that incorporate conceptual strategy theories into practical application and of strategy in relationship to value co-creation with consumers. Will introduce and utilize a strategic leadership mindset in various decision-making scenarios.
