Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point certification is a food industry requirement. This course is open to enrollment at large and is offered online with lectures and resource materials available
through MO2. It includes an optional weekly discussion group. Matriculates will earn certification in HACCP through Marian University and the International HACCP Alliance (Alliance approval pending). FSA 201 may be
taken concurrently with FSA 202.
