CRJ 620 Admin. and Mgmt. of CRJ Agencies
The seminar examines the organizational, administrative and bureaucratic theories central to the functioning of the Criminal Justice System. In this course, students will apply management and
administration theory to the operation of components of the criminal justice system, e.g., law enforcement, the courts, corrections and probation and parole. Also, the course explores the complex social, political and
cultural environment in which criminal justice agencies must operate.
