College Seminar Tour

Join us for the Tour: June 22-26, 2020!

Explore colleges and universities throughout Wisconsin and Iowa while you earn graduate credits. The College Seminar Tour gives secondary school counselors the opportunity to learn more about colleges and universities around the state of Wisconsin. The purpose of the College Seminar Tour is to become an active participant in the tours and college discussions provided by each campus we visit. Participants are required to tour each campus (be prepared for a great deal of walking!) and to be engaged in programming provided by each institution.

Take the opportunity to explore colleges and universities while you earn graduate credits.

Graduate Credit

While you’re gaining valuable insight into the distinctiveness of the schools in which your students show interest, you can also earn three graduate credits toward the renewal of your state license.

The graduate credits, offered through Marian University of Wisconsin, are approved by the Department of Public Instruction and endorsed by the Wisconsin Association for College Admission Counseling and the Wisconsin Association of Independent Colleges and Universities.

Cost and Registration

Complete the course registration form and mail it in with a $100 deposit to hold your spot on the tour. Registration and payment deadline is June 5, 2020.

Preference for the College Seminar Tour will be granted to counselors at the high school level or those taking the tour for graduate credit.
