Marian University invites applications for a part-time (0.5 FTE), Assistant or Associate Professor, non-tenure track faculty position in the Graduate Nursing Department beginning fall 2021. The responsibility of this role will be to teach graduate level theory and clinical courses in the graduate nursing program, according to both the Marian University policy and the content and objectives approved by the Nursing Department of Marian University.

The candidate for this role must hold a DNP or PhD degree and must be nationally certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner.  A minimum of two years of full-time or equivalent direct patient care as a certified Family Nurse Practitioner within the past five years.  Willingness to support the Mission and Core Values of Marian University. Prior experience teaching in graduate nursing programs in preferred.
