Tracy Abler

Tracy Abler, a two-time graduate of Marian University, holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a double major in Human Resources and General Management.

Prior to Marian, Abler worked in health care for 23 years. Volunteering in the community is extremely important to Abler and she currently serves as Board President of United for Diversity and is a founding member of The Humanity Project – Telling the Untold Story. Abler earned the Marian University Social Justice Award in 2015.

Her campus involvement includes work with the Office of Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Council, the Social Justice Committee, and Staff Senate. The mission and values of Marian University resonate with Abler and are reflected in the work she does for the Marian community and in the greater Fond du Lac community.

Abler and her husband, Mike, a fellow 2009 alumnus, enjoy spending time with their six daughters and three grandchildren.

As the hustle and bustle that accompanies the holiday season is quickly approaching, let me take a moment to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude for your support of Marian University and the students we serve. As a graduate and beneficiary of the Marian experience, it is an honor and a privilege to serve in the role of Vice President for Institutional Partnerships and Interim Vice President for Advancement. I have been blessed by the opportunity to meet, engage, and be inspired by so many of you over the last quarter of a century. It is with passion and purpose that I pledge to help advance the legacy and mission under which we were founded by the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes over eight decades ago.
