Congratulations! You received an acceptance letter from Marian University of Wisconsin. So, what’s next?


  1. Log into the Admission Portal here, then…
  2. Click View (located under Action in the My Applications section).
  3. Click Respond Now, then click I Accept Admission. This allows you to pay your $100 tuition deposit online (now or later), or mail a check to:

  4. Stay logged into the Admission Portal, then…
  5. Click Events (located at the top of the webpage).
  6. Sign up for the New Student Registration event that works best for you!
  7. If you’re having trouble signing up, please contact your admission counselor using their information on your acceptance letter.

Your New Student Registration event will consist of meeting with your academic advisor, registering for classes, receiving your Marian account information and Student ID, and gaining a better understanding of the many resources available to you. If selecting an individual appointment, please wait for your Academic Advisor to contact you regarding the actual date and time.


All students who will be living on campus should submit their Room and Board Contract early to receive priority placement. Visit our Housing page to view pricing.

Students participating in sports must submit the following forms. If you are living on campus, you only need to complete these forms once and may return them with your housing contract as indicated above. Physical exams must be performed within 6 months of the date your forms are due. Forms are due depending on when you begin class:

Fall Due Date = August 1

Spring Due Date = January 1

Additional documents are required for NCAA and located on Front Rush. Students will receive an email as early as June with a link to set up an account and gain access.

  • Login to MyFinancialAid to stay informed on items still needed, or to accept your award online.
