Following the registration, an invoice will be issued subsequently based on the number of delegates. Additionally, a complete list of delegates must be submitted.

Registration is to be completed through the online form but checks or money orders for the school fee should be sent via mail within 7 days of registration.

Please note that country assignments cannot become finalized until the school fee is paid.

Registration Fees: 

Delegation = $100 per school – (Administrative processing – not refundable)
Delegates  = $25 per person
Advisors = 15 per person

Delegation Fee: Covers the cost of name tags, lanyards, placards, training materials, printing and copying, and administrative costs.

Fee per Delegate and advisor: Covers the costs of morning refreshments, lunch, and afternoon snack.
