Idaho State Statute 33-2402 and 33-2403, Registration of postsecondary educational institutions and proprietary schools (1) Unless exempted as provided herein, each educational institution/school which maintains a presence within the state of Idaho, or which operates or purports to operate from a location within the state of Idaho, shall register annually with and hold a valid certificate of registration issued by the director.
