Student Employment
The student employment program promotes the Mission Statement of Marian University. The educational careers of the students attending the university are guided by this Mission, as are the employment opportunities.
The program includes three distinct parts: Federal Work Study, Off-Campus Community Service, and Marian Campus Work. The Student Employment Manual is to serve as a policies and procedures guide for the student employment program and a review of the entire manual is required.
All students currently enrolled at least half-time, (6 or more credits) are eligible for student employment. You must apply for these positions, and interviews are conducted by the prospective supervisors before a student is hired. Job postings are listed below.
The Financial Aid Office and the Payroll Office at Marian University are charged with overseeing the student employment program.
The Office of Financial Aid administers job listings, student eligibility, work authorizations, student employment policies and procedures, and Time Clock Plus software.

The Payroll Department administers the payroll schedules, W-4 forms, I-9 forms, direct deposit forms, Time Clock Plus software, student pay-statements, employment verification and W-2 forms.
