Financial Aid
UPDATE (3/30/10) FOR FALL 2010 BORROWERS:
On March 30, 2010, President Barack Obama signed into law the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010. One of the many provisions of this legislation is to end the practice of students and parents borrowing from banks for their Stafford and Parent PLUS Loans. Beginning in 2010-2011, all Stafford and Parent PLUS Loans will be handled by the United States Department of Education via the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program. Marian University is fully committed to ensuring that you have access to these loan funds so that you and your family can make your educational goals a reality. In order to get started, however, you must complete a new Master Promissory Note (MPN). Your prompt attention to this matter will ensure a smooth transition for the 2010-2011 academic year.
