Housing
Housing to match your lifestyle
Choices, choices, choices.
When it comes to housing options, few institutions in the Midwest can match the range and variety of choices Marian University offers. Interested in the close friendships that come from sharing a residence hall room? Want to try independent apartment-style living for the very first time? At Marian, you’ll find exactly what you’re seeking!
Your home away from home.
Regardless of whether they live in Naber Hall — our co-ed freshman residence hall — in one of our apartment units at the Marian Townhouse Village, in an upperclass unit in the Duplexes, in one of the various kinds of housing units at The Courtyards, or in the full apartment style living in the Cedar Creek Apartments, Marian students enjoy access to all the comforts of home. Marian’s cafeteria in the Hornung Student Center offers you a variety of hot and cold options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, while the Sabre Cafe — open seven days a week — is a popular destination for a quick salad, sandwich, or burger. And every one of our residential units is smoke free and comes equipped with wired rooms; spacious TV lounges and reception areas; recreational, laundry, and storage facilities; and much more.
