Marian University Admission Scholarships are guaranteed for four years as long as the student maintains a cumulative 2.0 GPA or better and remains a full-time student. Admission Scholarships are not based on financial need or athletic ability. Additional scholarships, not admission related, may be available to students based on academic interest, program participation and the like. Students who submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/ may be eligible for additional financial assistance.

Marian University Scholarships are institutional assistance for daytime undergraduates enrolled full-time at Marian University. Your Marian scholarships are renewed according to the terms when originally awarded. For example, if the Admissions office awards a Naber Scholarship upon being accepted to Marian University, that is the scholarship that you are eligible to receive under the terms in which it was awarded. It cannot be increased to a Sr. Mary Mollison Legacy Scholarship Scholarship even though grades may have increased to the level of a Sr. Mary Mollison Legacy Scholarship Scholarship.

If you are awarded an endowed or annual scholarship you will be expected to write a thank-you note to the donor that provided the funds, and provide a copy of the thank-you note to the Financial Aid Office. If you do not provide a copy of the thank-you note, the scholarship will not be credited to your account. These scholarships are awarded as funds become available to need-based students who exhibit high quality, academic standing.
