FOND DU LAC, Wis. — Marian University has named Jennifer Hammock, secretary of the Office of the Registrar and One-Stop representative, as its February Sabre of the Month.
“It is an honor to receive this award. It is rewarding to be able to work with a variety of people and help bring information and a smile to those with whom I interact.”
Hammock, a graduate of Marian, has been employed at the University for 4 years.The University values her dedication toward her work in providing assistance to students and faculty.
“Perhaps no other person on campus comes into daily contact with as great a variety of persons in the Marian community as Ms. Hammock.,” said a faculty nominator for this award.” Ms. Hammock is dedicated to learning and teaching and one only needs to watch a few hours of her work at the Marian One-Stop to realize that she is an able and patient educator who is dedicated to the core value of service. She is an excellent representative of our community.”
