Institute for Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness

Institute Mission: 

To enhance the security posture and emergency preparedness of local municipalities, Wisconsin and the Midwest by conducting community outreach and partnership building, rigorous post-secondary education, relevant scholarly research and timely publication.
