GRADUATION POLICY

It is the policy of MarianUniversity’s Radiologic Technology Program that, upon graduation, all studentsmust have successfully completed all didactic and clinical competencyrequirements as identified in the ARRT Didactic and Clinical Competency Requirementsdocuments in place at the time of program completion.  The ARRT Program Completion Verification Form(PCVF) will be signed by the Program Director only after students havecompleted all required didactic and clinical competency requirements of the Program,made up all absences surpassing the allotted twelve (12) days and havesatisfied all university graduation requirements.  Completion of the PCVF is a requirement priorto students being granted eligibility to sit for the ARRT certificationexamination.

GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS

1.    Completed all required radiologic technologydidactic coursework with grades of 80 percent or better.

2.    Completed all required Clinical CompetencyRequirements of the program.

3.    All absences that have surpassed the 12 allotteddays are made up.  Refer to the TimeOff-Change in Clinical Hours Policy.

4.   Satisfiedall university graduation requirements per university policy. Academic Bulletin
